Order Cancellation and Return Policy
To cancel orders, contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours before shipping; we aren't liable for late information during this period. Canceled charges will be refunded fully or partially on a case to case basis upon approval of our customer care team.
One or more items damaged during transit indiangreenmart will issue a full/partial refund to the products damaged in the shipping. Buyers will provide valid proof for the damage within 3 days of product delivery to be eligible for this credit
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the package. If an order is returned as "undeliverable" or "refused," outgoing and return shipping charges will be deducted. Reshipping may incur a "repackaging fee" and additional shipping charge.
Returned items must be in original packaging with accessories. Seasonal items may have a 15% restocking fee. Partially used items won't be refunded.
Our return policy doesn't cover damage post-arrival, including spoilage or melting. Items must be returned in original, unopened condition. Shipping charges are refunded only for our errors.
Returns are not accepted on Food items. But, if you are not satisfied, you will receive a refund on a case-to-case basis after our customer representative gets in touch with you
If your package is marked as delivered but not found, allow up to 7 business days for the shipper to trace it. We appreciate your patience during this time.
